Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty:

I am so proud of this little leather business!!  I make it my top priority to provide quality leather items and to make sure my customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.  If there is an issue with my product, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right!

Shipping:

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Please make sure you enter your shipping information correctly during checkout.  You will be sent an email with tracking information when your order is processed and scanned by the post office.  After the package is in possession of the post office, Up North Leather Craft is no longer responsible for your items.  If your package becomes lost, damaged or stolen, Up North Leather Craft is not responsible.  Please contact the post office as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you would like to make a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, with no signs of use, and can be returned to me at the buyer's expense within 30 days of purchase.  Once the item is received, I will exchange the item with something of equal value, or give a store credit.  No payment refunds will be issued.
